Beautiful, comfortable, home away from home!

Cami and Bill’s condo is put together with your vacation dreams in mind. The condo is updated with all of the amenities. You will find yourself enjoying all of the little things - the welcome basket of food and spirits, the cute artwork, the guestbook resources and a blu-ray movie for that evening when you just need a little rest from your daily activities. The property is well taken care of. The beach chairs, barbecue’s and game room for a little ping pong are a nice touch. The lanai was our favorite place to have breakfast and coffee as the sun came up. The view from the condo was spectacular.

The only issue we ran into was the second “bedroom” that we used for our 20 month old to sleep in prevented us from doing anything during nap time. We stuck in the master bedroom during this time because any light or noise would disturb her. The “bedroom” was just a slider which I was aware of but it was completely open at the top which is what caused the issue.

Very nice condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. All the amenities of home, close to airport, shopping and dining.Traffic was a bit congested just outside of the complex but overall the location was perfect.

My husband and I had a great stay at #308. The location was central to different spots on the island, the condo complex itself was quiet and well maintained. And the staff at Garden Island Properties was great not only in advance of our stay by answering my questions, but quickly addressed the few items that were missing from the condo and providing them. The condo was clean and well stocked. The view was amazing from the balcony. It was nice having the resort next door to use their beach and restaurant, and the condo location is walkable to grocery stores and a quick drive to downtown. The only downside is there isn't much beach for swimming in front of the condo complex, its pretty rocky. And the time we were there it was fairly windy and choppy so we sought out the north and south shores for better beaches. But overall it was a great home base for our vacation.

This two bedroom rental condo was great for the three of us. It was kept up nice and the grounds and view were beautiful. It has all the amenities that you would need. The second bedroom wall does not have a full wall and so sound privacy is limited. It is centrally located on the island and all the stores you need are within walking distance. I left my phone on the table near pool and staff secured it and brought it to lost and found office. The location is next door to Oasis Lounge with a nice happy hour. Short trip to both the south and north sides of the island.

We loved our stay. Very comfortable and well maintained. Beautiful views of the sunrises. Appreciated the AC, cozy bed, elevator just out the door, and washer/dryer. Great kitchen. The bonus half bath came in handy to spread out in the mornings.

Unfortunately the AC was not working. We needed to let the windows opened and use all the fans. The 2 rooms were too small and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. However, the house was very clean and well equiped. The maintenance people were very nice.

The accommodations were outstanding. The consistent easterly breezes meant that we never used the AC. Easy in and easy out. Washer/dryer meant we didn’t need to overpack. Bed was roomy and comfy and the condo was clean, neat and efficient. We had a great time and will go back again.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit at Kauai Kailani. It was nicely furnished, recently remodeled, and was extremely well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen and for the beach. We enjoyed a light dinner at the Oasis on the beach right next door. Great location for biking, walking, and centrally located making it easy to travel all around the island.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It is nicely decorated and very well equipped. The appliances and the utilities in the kitchen are much higher quality than what is normally found in condos. It looks like the owners spend a lot of time there themselves. The ocean view is great and we enjoyed dinner on our balcony. It's also a great place to watch the sun rise. Since it has full sun in the morning, it was a bit too hot for breakfast when the sun was out. Contrary to what's shown in the picture, the pool area had also some tables and umbrellas for shade. The loungers outside the pool area however were very hard and uncomfortable.The condo also comes with a reserved parking spot.The property was clean and quiet. Property management was very responsive. They kept us very well informed regarding arrival/departure instructions. They also provided a phone app which had all the relevant information in one place.The location is convenient: There are two grocery stores and several restaurants in walking distance. The Wapouli Beach Resort next door has a beachfront bar/restaurant. It's about a 5 min walk to the Kapaa hike/bike path along the ocean.We found the location also very convenient for trips to the south, west and north sides of the island.The only problem with the location was the traffic in this area: A lot of times during the day, traffic between Wailua and Kealia was stop and go, even on the weekends and outside rush hour.

We loved the condo, perfect for 4 people. The a/c was great since a few days the trade winds were non-existent. The view from this condo was probably the best of the entire complex, we even saw whales from our balcony. We spent a lot of time on the balcony just watching the ocean. Would stay here again!

The property is well taken care of. The beach chairs, barbecue’s and game room for a little ping pong are a nice touch. The location was central to different spots on the island, the condo complex itself was quiet and well maintained. And the staff at Garden Island Properties was great not only in advance of our stay by answering my questions, but quickly addressed the few items that were missing from the condo and providing them. The condo was clean and well stocked. The view was amazing from the balcony. It was nice having the resort next door to use their beach and restaurant, and the condo location is walkable to grocery stores and a quick drive to downtown. The only downside is there isn't much beach for swimming in front of the condo complex, its pretty rocky. And the time we were there it was fairly windy and choppy so we sought out the north and south shores for better beaches. But overall it was a great home base for our vacation. It is nicely decorated and very well equipped. The appliances and the utilities in the kitchen are much higher quality than what is normally found in condos. It looks like the owners spend a lot of time there themselves. The ocean view is great and we enjoyed dinner on our balcony. It's also a great place to watch the sun rise. Since it has full sun in the morning, it was a bit too hot for breakfast when the sun was out.

Contrary to what's shown in the picture, the pool area had also some tables and umbrellas for shade. The loungers outside the pool area however were very hard and uncomfortable.

The condo also comes with a reserved parking spot.

The property was clean and quiet. Property management was very responsive. They kept us very well informed regarding arrival/departure instructions. They also provided a phone app which had all the relevant information in one place.

The location is convenient: There are two grocery stores and several restaurants in walking distance. The Wapouli Beach Resort next door has a beachfront bar/restaurant. It's about a 5 min walk to the Kapaa hike/bike path along the ocean.
We found the location also very convenient for trips to the south, west and north sides of the island.

The only problem with the location was the traffic in this area: A lot of times during the day, traffic between Wailua and Kealia was stop and go, even on the weekends and outside rush hour.
